Geography Information System (GIS) mainly applied in fields of getting, classing, expressing, locating, analysis the geoscience information and studying the character and structure. GIS abroad application in resource management, programming of city, disaster detection, land research, environment management, etc. Resource management is the basal function in GIS. According to borderline and property condition, it collect data and using stat and analyse function to provide region resource stat and fleetly emersion originality data.Based on GIS, we coverting raster data to vector data. We process the sift data of 1995 and build the landuse database make use of MAPGIS platform. So, we can pick up data of tilth, country road, canal and elevation. The database provides detailed information for tilth classify, programming edit, glebe empolder and reclaim, tilth mothball resource and country traffic. Before calculates the GIS data for shortest path of road, we must get graph topology structure according to the connection of dot and edge. This article put forward an efficient scheme aimed at map express of country road network and construction of network topology structure.The mainly studying content of this paper is:1. This paper introduces the elements and technology of GIS and selects fit one of this item between several empolder tools.2. Creating landuse database, include: data inputing, error rectification, projection transform, topology create picture, data delaminating, create data dictionary, creating landuse database and comparing computer area with actuality area.3. After creating landuse database, this paper studies and tests the key techniques of shortest path analysis, then put forward a practicaland efficient realization of shortest path analysis according to the characteristic of country road network. Dijkstra algorithm is the basic way of shortest path analysis. This paperapplies double linked list to improve on Dijkstra algorithm and puts forward DIKL algorithm, and discusses the realization of shortest path analysis used VB. We set focus on solutions which include the vector map representation of country rosdnetwork, the abstraction and constructions of the topological structure of network,and the efficient implementation of shortest path algorithm.Besides above content, this paper studies the existent questions and resolvent of GIS. Then, indicate the development direction of Landuse Database based on MAPGIS.
