The purpose of the paper is to improve the methods of the development effect on the conglomerate reservoir of high water cut stage with the fine reservoir description service of conglomerate reservoir in eight block Kexia formation thin layers. Based on the extensive literature search, with the information of geology, seismic, well logging and well testing; with the theory basement of the petroleum geology, the structure geology and sedimentology; with the method of the reservoir geology, the sequence stratigraphy, the seismic lithology, well logging geology, reservoir geochemistry; and with the backbone of the database; the paper had done with the crucial well research, and the data processing, interpret, and appraisement based on multi-well; and the paper had compartmentalized and compared different fluid flowing units, sediment facies, and reservoir geophysical facies; and the paper had shaped several 3D model with the same probability; at last the paper put forward the measure and advise to improve the development effect of the conglomerate field of kexia formation in the eighth area. The main results and cognition are stated below:1 , To confirm the concrete location of the south Baijiantan faults through the fine construction interpretation with the 3-D new seismic datum; and based on analysing the attribute parameter of reservoir, to predict the distribution of the favorable reservoir units on level and section effectively with JASON system.2 To reinterpret the well based on detailed analysis, digitization , standardizing, to reinterpret various kinds of parameters of the reservoir, and to propose the new standard of the effective thickness .3 To get the information of the reservoir expression and the unit separation and the structure analysis between wells, and the results revealed the scale and boundary and continuity of sands between wells by simulating and comparing between the wells and analysed the inner-structure of conglomerate reservoir.4 To establish the relationship between the sedimentary facies of the core well and the logging facies with the technology of analysing by slices, and to establish the accurate 3-D sedimentary facies with the fuzzy random simulation method.5 To study the quality of reservoir and to divide the rocks physics facies into four different kinds with the fuzzy cluster method.6, To classify the reservoir, to confirmed the standard of the reservoir, and to seek accurately the effective thickness, average porosity, average permeability, the average oil saturation. To clarify further the rule of the fluid flowing and water flooding through the fluid units study, and to establish the foundation for predicting the surplus oil distribution.7 To do the stochastic modeling on the basis of the sedimentary feature of turbidity fan with the methods of truncation Gauss. Controled by the microfacies of turbidity fan, the 3D models of porosity, permeability and oil saturation are built with the log interpreted parameters .8 To carry on comprehensive appraisal of reservoir with the achievement of the fine reservoir description sen'ice, and to improve the methods of the development effect by arranging the adjust well and by pointing out the dominant adjustment direction of the location containing abundant remaining oil.
