With the new century coming , the vocational education in our country is developing rapidly, meanwhile the society and governments are paying close attention to improving vocational education's effect. It claims the vocational education development should in orienting to employment, aiming at services, which is basing on proficiency and meeting the human resource requirements in The Conference on Education of Jiangsu Province, 2005.As the fundament of natural sciences and 5-year high vocational education, physics is playing an important role in the development of advanced technologies, as well as in bringing up person with technical ability. First, this article explores the teaching reform, which focuses on improving students' practice ability, depends on the physics courses, bases on the settings of the subjects and the current teaching situation in different vocational colleges, is instructed by Constructionism and Theory of Multiple Intelligences, and refers to the research achievements of vocational education. Then, the paper refers a new system of the teaching content and knowledge, which is built in electromagnetic. Moreover, this paper expatiates the teaching activities, which should aim at improving the students' practice ability with the two-way teaching method, the physics activity week and open experiment teaching. Finally, the new estimating system of learning achievements has been tested and the results, which offer the helpful experiment facts for 5-year high vocational education and the reform of other kinds of high vocational education, are satisfying.
