GIS will be widely used in a growing number of industries, How to express spatial objects visually becomes the key of some industrys' applications . The purpose of this paper is to increase the dynamics act simulation on the space objects, and to conduct the space dynamic visualization expression with the current available computer technologyo Dynamic behaviour of the target space is the role of the space object in the external conditions shown by the change process, it will further improve the understanding of space objects and real simulation. According to the visualized expression of spatial object's Dynamic behaviour, we can simulate the Time-spatial change process and regulations factually, and predict the changing trend of geography objects' behavior, and also express the spatial information visually. Therefore the researches on space objects dynamic behaviour is very important.Currently, many domestic and foreign researches were on the space objects, but mainly concentrated in the space object characteristics and attributes of space research, the study of space objects dynamic behaviour relatively few. The paper recalled GIS data model evolution on the basis of a representative model to study the dynamics of space-based target data model acts, and as an example to emergency vehicles designed for monitoring the realization of the model structure. And explored the key technologies of space objects under the dynamic behaviour WebGIS study, explained the key role of technology in the system structure. Through comparison and analysis methods, the paper illuminated the relationships among GIS model based on spatial objects, traditional static GIS model and time-spatial data model; Through the examples of analytical methods, it introduced the realization of specific software about WebGIS dynamic behaviour of the target space.In the above theories and methods, on the basis of the current computer technology developments, particularly in network information technology and network expression platform of the latest technological developments to sudden environmental pollution incident response command, for example, the design of a structure based on B/S prototype system, the certification of the dynamic behaviour of objects in space research theory, technical feasibility and methods. It can be predicted that the dynamic behaviour simulation on WebGIS space objects will be widely developped and applied.
