| As the rare Chinese traditional medicine,Panax notoginseng (Burk.)F.H. Chen has many medicinal values.The physical activity of notoginsenoside product of the conversion is higher, and the value is greater. The conversion of notoginsenoside has exercisable foreground.In this paper, one strain isolated from mildew Panax notoginseng was proved to be quite effective in biodegradation of notoginsenosides and preliminarily identified as Aspergillus niger.For analysing notoginsenosides and their transformation products accurately,TLC conditions and HPLC methods were discussed in this paper. We inspected the detection wavelength, temperature, the composition of the fluxion phase and wash grads of HPLC. Considering the effects of separation we got a perfect HPLC method: CH3CN and H20 as the fluxion phase, C-18 column and 203nm as detection wave length, could analysis mainly saponins of Panax notoginseng and its notoginsenoside products very well. It has provided a guarantee for the smooth progress of experimentsIn this paper, we used column chromatography method to separate and purify notoginsenoside conversion products.We used TLC, HPLC and HPLC-MS methods for the qualitative analysis of the purified samples. Through analysis of the notoginsenoside conversion products , ginsenoside Rh1,Protopanaxadiol(Ppt), C-K and Ppd were identified, and two unknown composition were found.Through the HPLC determination,the purity of ginsenosideRh1 was 91.5%pure, the Ppt was 86.4% pure, C-K was 96.8% pure.
