Along with the rapidly growth of the new enterprise of logistics and the digitization information, it is becoming an urgent problem to be resolved that how to manage and setup the resources quickly and effectively. WebGIS has the formidable function of processing geography information, and realizes the information sharing through Internet, which is the direction of enterprise new mode of administration development. Therefore, it is an important content in the entire logistics management system that how to manage and setup the resources quickly and effectively.With regard to several important questions in developing the system of the integration of logistics resources, this paper dicusses serval important problems including corporate management frame, the path choice, the selected location for logistics and the key technologies of realization. Based on the frame of logistics information system presented by this paper, the several works are done in this paper: 1) the GROP-The bidirectional Dijkstra algorithm based on the rules and GIS, 2) an optimized algorithm of public establishment location selection based on Voronoi Diagram, and 3) GPS/Ajax-based DGMS (Dynamic GIS Monitoring System) .
