Low-porosity and low-permeability reservoirs in the future will be a main resource base of increasing reserves and production. There for, the exploration and research for the Low permeability of oil and gas reservoir has good prospects, and is of special significance on the development of China's petroleum industry.The upper Triassic extensions reservoir of Ordos Basin is a typical of the low-porosity and low- permeability, low-porosity and special low-permeability reservoir. In recent years, some relatively high-quality reservoirs has been discovered during the exploration and development of the low-permeability reservoir, and white leopard oil field 63 is one of them.In this paper, the characteristics of reservoir rock, the pore type and structure of reservoir, and properties of the factors affecting has been studied in-depth. Researching the sedimentary features and characteristics of sedimentary microfacies in this area, and analysising the influence of deposion on the formation of low-permeability reservoir in this area, at the same time, analysising the causes and factors that affect the physical properties of the low-permeability reservoir from the diagenetic aspects . Diagenesis from the main characteristics of the various types and their diagenesis on reservoir properties and then the effects of diagenesis and pore evolution of the history of relations of different stages of diagenesis and the formation of low-permeability relationship. Researching the relationship between the different stages of diagenesis and the formation of low-permeability, from the main diagenesis types and their characteristics to the impact of the various diagenesis on reservoir properties, and to the relationship between the diagenesis and the history of the pore evolution.Through the analysis of the control factors and characteristics of the rock-electro parameters, we recognized the important influence of rock-electro parameters on logging interpretation, at the same time to determine the method of rock-electro parameters. Applying the changed M method to determine low permeability of the logging interpretation methods.Through the geological data, test data, as well as the means of production, studing the "lithology, physical property, electric property and oil bearing property" relationship, determine the lithology of this area, effective reservoir of power, the lower limit of the physical properties, oil-water layer recognition standards, the establishment of reservoir porosity, permeability, shale content as well as the oil saturation of the log interpretation model, According to the core description and logging data of key wells, found the logging and lithology Fair Plate Recognition; Clear out the changes in the characteristics of lithology, physical property, electric property and oil bearingproperty, and using varying m metheds for the well log interpretation on the region. At the same time, the conventional log interpretation results were compared, and the oil test data were used to test the log interpretation.
