Since the Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA) operator proposed by American scholar Yager, it has been widely used in decision analysis, expert systems, artificial neural networks, fuzzy systems and so on. It can be applied to the information aggregation problems because it provides a variety of operators including the maximum, the minimum and the mean operator. In recent years, the group decision making problem has been making fruitful achievements, however, the application and research of group decision making method are still far from mature, and still facing new challenges, especially for the research of aggregating different preference information. In this thesis, the properties of OWA operator and the existing different preference information are summarized and researched. It studies the group decision making with preference information and attribute weights in numerica based on OWA operator. Then, the group decision making problem of which the preference information with fuzzy language is mainly studied. Furtnermore, the group decision making problem with different forms of preference information based on gemetric OWA operator is discussed. Three examples are used to show the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.
