E-government decision-making process is often related to geographical information service model. Based on the analysis and conclusion of theory, technology and practical work at home and abroad, the theory and technology of model management related to e-government geographical information service is studied more systematically, and the three-dimensional classification system for the demand of e-government applications is put forward. A detailed analysis of management architecture, technical processes and key technologies for the management of e-government spatial information service application model is carried out. And at the same time, the model evaluation method based on the degree of applicability is designed, as well as the entire relational database management for e-government spatial information service application model. All of them provide a methodology and technical support for the development of management system for e-government geographical information service application model. At the target of model management and service in the distributed network environment, the prototype system for the management of geographical information service application model is designed and developed using Microsoft.NET platform and C # language based on the Microsoft SQL Server database. At last, taking disaster statistical analysis lied on geographical information for example, an experiment for the process "registration -management - search - drive - link" of application model is carried out in the prototype system, and the results show that the methods and techniques of model management proposed in this paper are feasible.
