| Supported by the marine satellite project, this paper carried out requirements analysis and related algorithms especially for the HY-1B CZI data. On this basis, designed and developed the system using IDL language. The main work in this thesis includes:1. Considering the characteristics of the HY-1B CZI data and the Yellow River Delta, combining with the scientific definition of coastline and intertidal zone, we tentatively proposed a coastline and intertidal zone extraction method based on multi-temporal image. This method fitted the average high/low tide line by multi-temporal instantaneous shorelines, so as to get the coastline and intertidal area of Yellow River Delta. It made full use of advantages that domestic satellite data can be obtained in large amount for free. The process was more in line with its scientific definition during the extraction of coastline and intertidal zone.2. The HY-1B CZI coastal zone monitoring system was designed and developed using IDL. The system had a complete set of functions for HY-1B CZI L1B data processing and application. It made up deficiencies for universal remote sensing platforms in the HY-1B CZI data compatibility and application model .Provided a platform for the HY-1B CZI application3. By carrying out monitoring on the coastal zone and adjacent regions of the Yellow River Estuary, the system demonstrated the capacity of monitoring on coastline and suspended sediment, and showed the value of HY-1B satellite. |
