PVA/Dex BHMs Hydrogel is designed for wound dressing,whose upstanding cs-aa-hema and mechanical property is expected.The mechanical property is used for making the wound dressing complete to restrain the wound infected.The cs-aa-hema is used for making the dressing absorb blood quickly to keep the wound clear.Furthermore,the dressing can provide a moist environment to accelerate epithelium grow up.In addition,dilantin sodium is embedded in the hydrogel to strengthen its glyph of swiftmend.The wavelet and freezing method for making the hydrogel is very important,so the process conditions can be investigated,such as the temperature,the RHF concentration,the time and so on.According to checking its cs-aa-hema and mechanical property,the best preparation method is set up.Some different kinds of hydrogels are designed to prepared,whose property is compared to get a best kind of hydrogel.It is based for the preparation of the wound dressing.At last,dilantin sodium is embedded in the hydrogel,according to check its releasing function,whose glyph of swiftmend can be tested first.Also,pharmacological test is used to evaluate its function further.
