Supramolecular Chemistry is a rising interdiscipline and it has obtained outstanding progress in several decades.Its extension has extended to many different fileds.Host-guest Chemistry as the most basic and core part of Suprmolecular Chemistry,has been the key point researched by numerous chemists.Benefiting from their special three-dimensional cavity structures and easily chemically modified both at the upper--rims and lower--rims as well as having potential receptor properties for cations,anions and neutral moleculars,calixarenes were considered as the third eration of supramolecular host compound.Therefore,calixarenes were concerned by more and more scientists from various areas of science and technology.In this thesis,we let tert-butyl phenol as starting material synthesis calix[6]arene By one-pot method,t,hen chemically modified at its upper-rims.First of all,we design synthesised three kinds of trisubstituted calix[6]arene derivative.These derivatives were respectively substituted by anthracene ring with sulfur or anthracene ring with selenium or anthracene ring with tellurium.Then separately explore the three derivatives'recognition to the metal ion.These derivatives were showed good recognition to the Cu-ion.Hg-ion and Ag-ion.Then we separately muasured the three derivatives'Binding-constant(Ks) or fluorescence Eliminate-constant(Ko) to the alions mentioned above.In the next place,we design synthesised five kinds of disubstituted calix[6]arene derivative.These derivatives were respectively substituted by anthracene ring with sulfur or anthracene ring with selenium or anthracene ring with tellurium or naphthalene ring with selenium or naphthalene ring with tellurium.Then separately explore the five derivatives'recognition to the metal ion.But we find just one disubsituted calix[6]arene derivative showed good recognition to the Hg ion,which substituted by anthracene ring with tellurium.Then we also measured the ramfication'S Binding-constant(Ks)to the Hg ion.According to the conclusion state above we can see:the trisubstituted Calix[6]rene derivative which contain sulfur element have good Cu2+_selective.the trisubstituted calix[6]rene derivative which contain selenium element have good Hg2+—selective and trisubstituted calix[6]rene derivative which contain tellurium ement have good Cu2+_selective or Ag+selective in different solvents.For disubtituted derivatives just the anthracene ring with tellurium element calix[6]rene disubtituted derivative showed good Hg2+-selective.Then we can deduce the trisubstitutedcalix[6]rene derivatives have stronger binding ability to transition metal ion than the disubstituted derivatives. |
