To solve this problem, 3-d finite element analysis, design and improved structure, and field application and achieved good results.This paper using 3d design software SolidWorks2010 respectively on red-tipped crusher and integral crusher conduct three-dimensional modeling, through 3d modeling the structural analysis accurately and intuitive. After completion of the 3d modeling Simulation module of using SolidWorks red-tipped crusher and integral crusher respectively in finite element analysis and comparison of the both stress all limits accords with the actual production requirement, through contrast analysis, structure and has the following results:(1), crushing enblock contrangle superior, because the crusher red-tipped enblock tooth corona hammerheads structure, shape change after total quality reduced but stress threshold still satisfaction and eliminate hidden dangers and reduce costs and labor intensity.(2), and stress analysis results for 1 # machine red-tipped crushers instead enblock crusher, provides the theory basis, can consider to # 2 machine in the basis of the reconstruction of the size and the teeth roll hammer head size appropriately changed to reduce the cost of providing production efficiency, generating the purpose.2 # sintering in 2008 transformed enblock single roll crusher, after transforming downtime decrease, use life extension, higher productivity.
