At present,China's coal deep processing technology remains to be development and utilization degree is low,there is a high energy consumption,low efficiency and waste polluted situation,caused a series of problems such as environmental pollution,resource crunch.With the decrease of coal and other nonrenewable resources,the new technology of "more crushing and less grinding",domestic crushing of double tooth roller machine demand will increase.In recent years,the domestic study of wheel type crusher presents the trend of rapid development,especially in the crushing theory,material properties,broken tooth,broken tooth arrangement,broken tooth material and heat treatment of level is close to abroad,but also need to improve the comprehensive performance of products.Aiming at the research and development of a certain aircraft,this paper focuses on the above research,and can provide reference for similar design.According to the actual demand of coal mine,on the basis of comparing the same type of gear tooth crusher at home and abroad in recent years,the technical parameters of the machine are put forward and the relevant theoretical calculation is carried out,which provides the basis for the selection of the whole machine components.According to the overall technical scheme,the specific implementation methods of mechanical,control and hydraulic subsystem are given.On the basis of the analysis of various factors of crushing effect,according to the components and mechanical properties of crushing materials,the paper studies the tooth shape of broken teeth,the installation structure of broken teeth,the arrangement of broken teeth,the material of broken teeth and the heat treatment technology,etc.The key technical parameters of a kind of gear-tooth crusher are determined.The establishment of three-dimensional model of crusher by Solidworks provides guidance for field assembly of crusher.Combined with engineering practice,the change of maximum stress and displacement of broken crown under different loading conditions is studied based on finite element method.Through analysis,the shearing principle of broken tooth tip can be fully utilized for material crushing.The ANSYS Workbench software is used to optimize the broken crown,which makes the broken crown lighter,further reduces the maximum stress and deformation of the broken crown,and greatly improves the mechanical properties ofthe broken crown.After the development of the gear-tooth crusher,the test was carried out in a coal mine.Through the statistical analysis of the field test data,the technical design index of the crusher is reached,and the rationality of the structural design of the crusher in the crushing mode,broken tooth shape,broken tooth arrangement and so on is also verified.
