The dissertation is to use the novel symmetric macrocyclic complexes with pendant-arm and novel type polynitrogen complexes as research objects, aiming at the research hotspot about the cantilever which can improve the function of complexes. On the one hand, a new multi-nitrogen complex named N,N'-bis(3′-aminopropyl)-3-hydroxypropylamine had been selected to be the target, 3-hydroxypropylamine was the original material for this new type of cantilever polyamines, the polyaza-complex and shiff-base macrocyclic nickel complex. The structure of the production had been determined by X-ray diffcractions,elemental analysis, UV, infrared spectroscopy, 1HNMR . Also the biological effect owing to the cavity size, combination between metal ions and the side-chain group of the complex had been investigated.On the other hand, 2,6-diformyl-fluorinphenol had been respectively with N,N'-bis(3′-aminopropyl)-3-hydroxypropylamine and diamine to synthesize two dinuclear nickle macrocyclic complexes. Those synthetic compounds were characterized by elemental analysis, mass spectrometry, infrared spectroscopy and X-ray crystallography diffractions, and the crystal structures of two new complexes were obtained.The main work we have done can be classified as following:1. Through two step reactions, addition and hydrogenation catalysts, the novel polyamine named N,N'-bis(3′-aminopropyl)-3-hydroxypropylamine was synthesized by using 3-hydroxypropylamine as starting materials. The structure of the product was characterized by IR, element analysis and 1HNMR.The higher yield was obtained by hydrogenation catalysts than reduction with NaBH4. The results show that this kind of hydrogenation reaction catalyzed by Raney-Ni is a simple and efficient method for synthesizing polymine. 2.A new trinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex bridged with carbonate was synthesized with (3′-aminopropyl)-3-hydroxypropylamine. The electro-chemistry characterization and magnetism interactions between metal ions have been studied by recording the cyclic voltammograms and variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility data of the complexes, respectively. The cleavage reactions of DNA with complexes were studied and the catalytic activity of phosphate ester hydrolysis have been also investigated.3.Two dinuclear nickel macrocyclic Schiff base complexes had been synthesized by stepwise template method with 2,6-diformyl- fluorinphenol and diamine, N,N'-bis(3′-aminopropyl)-3-hydroxypropylamine and 2, 6-diformyl-chlorophenol as starting materials,respectively.The electrochemistry characteristics between metal ions have been depicted by recording the cyclic voltammograms of the complexes. In addition, the interactions between the complexes and CT-DNA had been worked over, the cleavage activity to supercoiled DNA (pBR 322) had been studied.4.A symmetric dinuclear nickel complex was synthesized by the reaction between 2,6-diformyl-4-fluorophenol and nickle(II) chloride. The electrochemistry characteristics between metal ions have been depicted by recording the cyclic voltammograms of the complex. In addition, the interactions between the complexes and CT-DNA had been worked over, the cleavage activity to supercoiled DNA (pBR 322) had been studied in order to compare and.
