As a promising conductive material,polyaniline has a extensive application prospect.However,there are two faults for the preparation method used in nowadays.The first one,the conductivity is low and the second one,for the polyaniline material with high conductivity,because of the influence of various factors while being synthesized,it is hard to get the polyaniline material with high conductivity stably and sequently or can't be duplicated among different lab.And also as a general rule,the prepared polyaniline with low conductivity affect the popularization and application of polyaniline.This paper is based on the above reason,the key factor and reason is hoped to be found and a new idea is given for preparing polyaniline with high conductivity.In this paper, polyaniline is mainly discussed, The effects of different sulfuric acid-doped polyaniline methods on the structure and properties are studied. Through theoretical analysis, the effect of environmental factors on polyaniline was researched,in order to enhance the conductivity of polyaniline, useful explorations was made and which laid the foundation for future work. Synthesis of polyaniline should be divided into two parts, First, oxidation polymerization of aniline.Second, polyaniline Polymerize as a chain,but Due to the limitations imposed by the preparation method, The above two processes mix in together, interact with each other, causes the polyaniline conductivity to be very low. One of the reasons is possibly when the aniline in its oxypolymerization, The main state of Polyaniline is oxidation or ortho states,the other is possibly when the aniline in its oxypolymerization,the state is intermediate state,but when polyaniline in its polymerization they link with each other head to head and tail-to-tail.The oxipolymerization of aniline is related with electromotive force,the magnitude and change of which will directly affect the inborn morphology of the polyailine(oxidation state,intermidiate state,reducing state),and then affect electrical conductivity of polyaniline.Polyaniline polymerizing into a chain is a physical process,for the structure of polyaniline itself,the electric charge distributed unevenly,which cause polyainiline being polymerized into a chain and then environment changes a little,so the head-to-head and tail-to-tail connection occured.Through the investigations, the conclusions are as follows.(1)The best ratio of polyaniline conductivity was determined by orthogonal experiment,by contrasting the relationship between environmental factors and conductivity of polyaniline to determine the effect of key factors on the conductivity of polyaniline.(2) The electromotive force(EMF) equation of polymerization of aniline was established, so that the relationship between environmental factors and polyaniline conductivity are much more intutive,a result was obtained that the catalytic performance of Polyaniline was related with ionization of the acid.(3) The difference between oxidative polymerization of aniline and polyaniline polymer into a chain is distinguished,the result indicated that the oxidative polymerization of aniline is a chemical process,while polyaniline polymer is a physical process into a chain, then the concept of stabilizer was put forward on the basis.(4) Through theoretical research,Set ascorbic acid as stabilizer,Comparing the difference between the two materia of sulfate doped and sulfate-ascorbic acid doped(5) Compared the effect of organic acid and inorganic acid-doped on the performance of polyaniline materials.(6) Theoretical Analysis indicated that organic acids and inorganic acid doped on polyaniline has the same contribution to the conductivity.(7) Set polyaniline as raw material, then compressed it into the electrode material, carried out a series of electrical experiments and electrochemical experiments, The results show that the polyaniline electrode material has a better electrocatalytic activity. It shows the potential to to become a new type of electrode materialPolyaniline as a conducting polymer is much more concerned,for it has many advantages,such as the raw material can be obtained easily,the simple synthetic method,hard to react with oxegon and wate,with good dirty resistance and crossion resistance performance and also has unique conduction property,etc.therefor,it has extensive application prospect.
