Perilla Oil Supercritical Extraction And Integration Of Cyclodextrin Inclusion Study

This paper mainly studied the extraction technical conditions of Perilla seed oil with supercritical carbon dioxide fluid extraction technology (SFE—CO2). It analyzes the components of fatty acids and the physical chemical properties of Perilla oil. This paper also studied the technichal conditions for the micro-encapsulation of perilla oil withβ-cyclodextrin under supercritical condition.The results indicated that, the optimum integrative technological conditions of extracting Perilla seed oil from Perilla seed through the extraction method of supercritical CO2 and micro-encapsulation between Perilla oil andβ-cyclodextrin under supercritical CO2 fluid are as follows: the supercritical extraction pressure 22MPa, the extraction temperature 50℃, the optimum supercritical inclusion pressure 12MPa, the inclusion time 240 min, inclusion reaction temperature 55℃, extractant CO2 flow rate:40L/min.Under these conditions, micro-capsules of perilla oil products obtained are:the maximum inclusion weight ratio is 17.52%, the highest inclusion mol ratioβ-cyclodextrin/perilla oil) reaches to 1.46:1 (mol/mol), the average inclusion weight ratio (Perilla Oil/β-cyclodextrin) is 13.94%, and the average inclusion mol ratio is 1.84:1 (mol/mol). The effective concentration of inclusion substances inβ-cyclodextrin is effectively improved.By the infrared spectra diagram and DTA-TGA diagram of supercritical inclusion, the analysis shows that Perilla oil has been included inβ-cyclodextrin and inclusion effect is good. Using supercritical inclusion method, the perilla oil-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex yields 30% more on average than the traditional physical inclusion method.
