Biodiesel is a renewable biomass energy, the applications of biodiesel can not only reduce human dependence on fossil energy, but also reduce environmental pollution.In this paper,we selected Pistacia seeds as biodiesel's raw material, transformed Pistacia seed oil into biodiesel by using the ester exchange method, compared both oil extraction methods, experimentally researched biodiesel's preparation, determined biodiesel physical and chemical indicators. The conclusions as follows:In this paper, extracted Pistacia seed oil from the Pistacia seed by using Mechanical pressing method and lixiviating method and compared this two methods on the effect of extraction rate, physical and chemical properties and fatty acid composition . The results showed that: Pistacia seed oil's fatty acid composition and physical and chemical indicators are similar from this two methods, but acid value of Pistacia seed oil made by the mechanical compression method is significantly higher, and the oil's quality is lower. Therefore, the lixiviating method is more suitable for the extraction of Pistacia seed oil.In this paper, We Analyzed and measured Pistacia seed oil's physical and chemical properties and fatty acid composition according to national standards , the results show that: The rate of oleic acid in Pistacia seed is 46.38%, linoleic acid is 32.24%. Therefore, the Chinese pistache is a kind of development of promising new oil crude material species.In this paper, ultrasonic methods were used for producting biodiesel, and transesterification biodiesel process under the catalyzed effect of Chinese pistache seed oil and methanol was studied. The results show the optimal process as follows: in this condition of ultrasound steadied at 40W, ultrasonic time was 65min, catalyst's rate is 0.8% , molar ratio of oil to alcohol was 1:6, the conversion rate of biodiesel was up to 93.56%.In this paper, gas chromatography equipment was applied for biodiesel's chromatography analysis ,the results showed that: the content of oil methyl ester in biodiesel was 41.77%, linoleic acid methyl ester was 30.43%, palmitic acid methyl ester was 11.82%, linoleic acid methyl ester was 1.81% and stearate was 1.17%. That showed fatty acid methyl ester in biodiesel was 90% or more.In this paper, We also compared the two methods of ultrasonic and conventional water bath heating method applied on biodiesel, the results indicated that ultrasonic method for prodcting biodiesel means shorter reaction time, less catalyst, less consumption.Biodiesel is one of the hot fields of new energy's R & D and application recently, but the important factor that limited its industrialization is the raw material. In this paper, we not only provided a scientific basis for producting biodiesel by using the Chinese pistache oil, but also opened up a new approach for Pistacia resources'development and comprehensive utilization in Anhui Province, this paper was with strong theoretical and practical significance. |
