With the constant awareness and innovation in bolting support technology theory and supporting design, the bolting has become the mainstream of roadway. Bolting technology enables the original passive supporting to change to the active supporting,which solve the roadway issue well especially the soft rock roadway. Because of its lithology specificity, the soft rock roadway make the original supporting way difficult to adapt to the factors of surrounding rock'deformation and severely damage roadway. As the development of blot support technology, it fundamentally improves the situation of the roadway supporting and ensures to product safely.In this paper, we combine the specific engineering geological conditions of Puhe mine. Firstly, basing on the investigation and analysis on the existing bolting roadway status in Puhe mine fully mechanized caving face, through the determination of surrounding rock's basic parameters (coal Physical and mechanical properties index, rock loose ring and ground stress), analyse the impact of two major factors on Puhe mine fully mechanized caving face. Base on the surrounding rock loose technology and the mechanism and method of anchors-gunite-web supporting design, we make a suitable support design program for Puhe mine fully mechanized caving face two roadway, which is anchor rob, anchor rope, metal net steel ladder and shotcrete. Then we have Flac numerical simulation experiment and the 200m tunnel test field test on the supporting programs complemented by field observations of rock pressure.At last we demonstrate the design of the rationality and applicability through the macro effects of tested roadway and Observations results ofrock pressure.It provide certain technical reference to the use of bolting in Puhe mining roadway and solve the problems of fully mechanized caving face two roadway supporting in Puhe.
