Die-cutting technology is widely used in the printing and packaging field,die-cutting machine is the core equipment to finish the indentation.Automatic die-cutting machine is a kind of common die-cutting equipment,which gains the toe-hold in die-cutting machine field with its unique advantage of high efficiency and high precision.Double toggle lever mechanism is the key components to drive automatic die cutting machine.Due to the existence of some factors such as parts manufacturing,assemble and wearing in 'process of using,this paper has carried out analysis and research,which aimed to the characteristics of movement and static caused by the error of bar length.This paper mainly completed the following works:(1)To analyze the movement of the key points in main cutting mechanism in standard long sate by using the vector method and numerical analysis methods,obtains some equations as to displacement,velocity and acceleration and carries on the numerical solution,which reveals the movement characteristics of double toggle lever mechanism.(2)Using the loop increment method to establish the model to analyze the kinematics impact on institutions geometric error,and analysis of error equation is established,and theoretically analyzes the interact relation between different bar error and fitting clearance on the movement characteristics of moving platform in the relationship.(3)Based on Pro/E platform,according to the die cutting machine entity standard size,the virtual prototype is established.At the same time,simulating the error of bars,and the corresponding three-dimensional model is established.On this basis,the kinematics simulation analysis is carried out,and reveals the kinematic characteristics of the different state and the change relationship.(4)Using 3D software to simulate the pressure compensation process on regulating agency,analyze movement of the mobile platform and toggle features before and after the pressure compensation,discusses the difference of regulating institutions after adjustment and the movement characteristics of standard condition on some key points,and reveal the influence of pressure regulation to the die-cutting machine movement characteristics.(5)Based on Pro/MECHANICA software platform,through the division of grid,the structure finite element analysis was carried out on the main cutting mechanism,inspect the influence of component error to static response mechanism,and discuss the function of component error to no-load dynamic response.
