The steel structure industry plays a very important part in the national economy. Mainly has carried on the actual testing of several kinds of steel structure welded joints through the Ultrasonic testing and the Radiography testing, and has obtained the corresponding test result, simultaneously, has summarized and analyzed the result systematically.The experiment structure indicates that regarding the testing of steel structure butt welding seam, Beam testing changes in qualitative and quota, the efficiency of ultrasonic testing is high. Regarding the trail tube butt welding seam's testing, radiography testing is easy to discover the flaw, the omission, has low mistake testing rate, and easy to carry on qualitative and quota of flaw, this is that other testing unable to compare. But suitably uses the supersonic testing regarding the T welded joint, and must choose the probe with big k value.
