Resin transfer molding (RTM), as one of liquid molding processes (LCM), it is also a composite closed molding process. With the extensive application of composite materials, the research of RTM is deepening, need to carry out the flow simulation of its filling process, which to guide production practices. The permeability of fiber preform for RTM process research and practical application of process design is very important, how to accurately describe the resin in the composite permeability, for the optimization of mold design, numerical simulation of forming process, shorten the manufacturing cycle and product quality assurance is particularly important. Therefore, this paper focuses on the RTM process of penetration.First introduced in the previous paper fiber reinforcement of the theoretical basis of permeability, understand some of the basic theory of seepage RTM, through Darcy's law for the description and penetration methods of analysis to determine the numerical simulation of the current method of application which is used less. Then click on the Stokes flow elaborated the homogenization theory, it is based on continuous media theory as a basis, the system structure is identified by the macro-micro structure periodically repeated in the space formed by accumulation of, thus the performance of macro-structure parameters can be expressed as the average performance parameters of micro structure. As mentioned earlier, macro-liquid flow in porous media subject to Darcy's law, the micro-fluid flow within a single cell can be characterized by Stokes equation. Therefore the permeability parameters in Darcy's law can be macro-flow and single-cell micro-flow within the link up, by the homogenization method for single cell analysis of the flow to get the equivalent permeability parameters summarized the calculation of expression. The central task of this paper is to study less for the current three-dimensional perform permeability start simulation, by solving the three-dimensional microstructure of Navier-Stokes equations, to be micro-fluid flow velocity and pressure field, and then substituted into the macro-flows back to Darcy's law to solve, used to calculate the equivalent permeability of porous media parameters. Specifically, the following, use the homogenization method to get microscopic aeromonas model, then the three-dimensional microscopic single-cell Navier-Stokes equations and the discrete variational, to get the finite element discrete equations. In order to reduce computation and improve the accuracy of the results, which have adopted a mixed finite element method equations, specific algorithm is to use a two-stage separation of the division algorithm of the time format. Instance by a numerical algorithm verification, using ANSYS software to obtain the numerical data, and the numerical results with other theoretical results and experimental results carried out, mutatis mutandis, get better approximation, preliminary validation of the algorithm is feasible, after further study for the three-dimensional perform permeability provided.
