Compared with old technics of cement production, due to good quality, little ejection of exhaust gas, high thermal efficiency and productivity, NSP is more widely used in cement production. As gradually raising of the criteria for energy efficiency, a more intelligent and efficient control system plays an increasingly important role. And how to control equipments to gain more output with less energy input is the key point for system controlling.In recent years, FCS (Fieldbus Control System) based on fieldbus technology, network technology and information technology is becoming the hotspot and mainstream in the field of internationally automatic control system.Along with the deep use of TIA (Totally Integrated Automation) technology created by Siemens in FCS, industrial automation field will gain a farther development at very fast speed. As the trend of future automation, TIA has a wide developing space. This paper researched on the design of automation control system based on TIA according to the application of a 3300t/d NSP cement production line in Albania.Main work and conclusions in this paper are as follows:1) Comprehensively introduced concept of TIA and its connotation for project designing which realizes portrait and landscape orientation integration of automation system using uniform communication and data management and configuration environment, and also concluded methods of realization for integration of hardware, software and information based on Fieldbus and C/S (Client/Server) framework.2) Designed the control system for a 3300t/d NSP production line with basic theory and practical methods of TIA, building a three-layer network consisted of scene layer, supervising layer and management layer, realizing portrait and landscape orientation integration of data and unifying data management with C/S framework.3) A method for design of hardware, software and network configuration is made according to the project application of 3300t/d NSP cement production line. Also a detailed introduction for the actual configuration and a conclusion of principle for the design of TIA system are given, especially for the selection of key technologies.4) Widely realizing fully automation control of 14 cooling fans and speed of lanes in the cooler sub-system, designed the key parts including group division, airflow setting, reference pressure calculation and PID control loop according to the ETA cooler supplied by German Claudius Peters combining the advanced equipment with the perfect control methods to build a high-efficiency and low-cost cooler system.
