With the development of social economy, wallpaper as a adornment,more and more beaccepted by the family. The foreground of Chinese wallpaper industry is huge. At present inchina the equipment used to product wallpaper still exists a certain gap with the foreignproduction technology, and the automation level is relatively backward. Now with the rapiddevelopment of network communication technology, the enterprise become to require thecontrol network and enterprise information network connected seamless. Based on thisbackground,this thesis propos a control network of rotary screen printing wallpaperequipment based on industrial ethernet Ethernet/IP, it can realize the system control networkand enterprise information network connected seamless.In the thesis, we introduce the process of wallpaper produced by the rotary screenprinting wallpaper equipment and each component of the equipment and work principle.Through the analysis of the enterprise information network and control network, wallpaperequipment between the servo control network, PLC and human interface, between PLC andunit controller need for a unity network. With the feasibility analysis, we propose the networksystem based on industrial Ethernet Ethernet/IP. The system adopt Rockwell CompactLogixservo controller, this kind of servo controller support Ethernet/IP network which use the CIPin the application layer, and is suitable for industrial control system, can complete system forthe synchronous control requirements.This thesis introduces the development of Ethernet technology advantage and it has greatpotential in industrial control fields. Then introduced the Ethernet/IP protocol, it is made bythe CI, IEA and ODVA as for a industrial network standard, it add the CIP on the standardTCP/IP protocol in the application layer for the real-time data exchange and operationreal-time application, and used the producer/consumer communication mode. In the thesis wealso introduce CIP Safety, CIP Sync and CIP Motion of the expansion of CIP. All of themmake the clock synchronization accuracy reached±100ns, and suitable for safety inindustrial control applications, and can be used in servo control.In order to realize the Ethernet/IP system network, this thesis design a kind ofEthernet/IP adapter based on netX50, through this adapter can sent the I/O data to the systemnetwork, and can accept data from the network. In the process of printing wallpaper maybeappear the phenomenon "wrong flower" and "run flower",we analyze how it occurred, andpropose the double light eye error detection method. Using the gate setting technology, theerror data is processed in FPGA, improved the error detection accuracy. Finally, this thesismake prospect in the system remote access to the system and synchronous control in the system.
