Making use of mineral resources fully and efficiently is on of the goals of sustainable development.As part of mineral resources,the full recovery of residual pillar demonstrates this objective of resources sustainable development.It's a difficulty to recover the top pillars and bottom pillars,for it conditioned by existing environment and stoping method.From the point of view of filling technology and concrete mechanics,formed strengthen and integrity artificial roof on the top of stage pillar by grouting in this article,and achieved the purpose of stoping pillars fully and safety.The following aspects were studied in the article:(1) Settled application of grouting in geotechnical engineering as the background,the effect factors of stone grouting were studied based on the permeation grouting theory.Mechanism actions of grouting materials,grouting methods,slurry and discrete aggregate were analyzed.(2) Completed the design of interior grouting model test device,and provided the experiment basis for on-site grouting.(3) The filling character of discrete aggregate was studied by interior grouting simulation test,the feasibility of forming the roof by grouting was verified in the way of static pressure bottom grouting,which was simulated from haplopore to multiaperture grouting.(4) Casted specimen that with the same mixture ratio with gravel cementation,and made contrastive specimen with different mixture ratio.The effect of grouting gravel cementation was tested by the compressive strength test and sonic wave test.Further obtained the stability grouting false roof under that mixture ratio in the.(5) The stability of grouting false roof in the process of stopping the bottom pillars was analyzed by numerical simulation based on grouting test.Safety factor of grouting false roof was obtained,According to the displacement mutation and associated with cusp catastrophe.
