The Pump test control system is based on hardware and software technical using, which design an Electronic-controlled engine pump test control automatic system applying to mutative operating condition. The system is characterized by a variety of communication protocols module, high integration, convenience and easy use. The design work mainly contains two parts. On the one part, we develop hardware accessories and simulate the output signal of the real engine operating environment to meet the demand for electronically controlled pump test, in the current technological conditions of pump test-bed. The other part is to design application software of test equipments.The thesis introduced system environment and design principles of the pump test control system. Consulting industry articles of injection pump control and technical data of Tsinghua University, UESTC etc., combining electronic injection products R&D and production experience of WIT Co., Ltd, control system design transformed test-bed, proposed hardware using microcomputer and programmable logic device COLD design signal processing module, distinguished frequency of mechanical test-bed output 360r.p.m pulse signal and simulated cam and crank pulse signal during engine working, in order to meet the demand of Electrically Controlled Unit (ECU) signal input. PC software adopts VC++ and C# language. Development tools like VC6.0, VS.NET etc. will monitor the required CAN, RS232, USB, TCP communication protocol to develop modular, which can be integrated into the system by making full use of multi-threading technology and library packaging technology. In addition, NI Measurement Studio control is used to integrate various controlling interfaces of monitoring equipment into an interface and display some data which need on-line monitoring vividly in the software interface. Finally, according to monitor function of industrial automation of WIT Co., Ltd, including testing, production process development condition input, timing, booking data, switching bench speed automatically, calculating the fuel correction code automatically, discriminating qualified products automatically etc. , we can use database technology to manage the acquired data effectively. Through pump test control system applying to small batch production of WIT Co., Ltd, the accuracy of system control and the reliability of system are verified, meeting the demand of pump test, conforming to pump products performance test process, improving the efficiency of pump test greatly, standardizing the tightness of the pump test DAQ. In the future, various modules of pump test control can also be modified correspondingly to adapt to continuous changes of test development needs of EFI products.
