| In such manufacturing industries as chemical engineering and medicine, it is rather common that various kinds of law materials are put to the blending trough in certain proportion to be confected;this process is also true of the composite material fiber winding industry, that is, glue confection. In the traditional fiber winding system, it is obtained all by handwork so that the accuracy cannot be guaranteed. The inaccurate confection of materials tremendously impairs the quality of the products;in addition, for the system of considerable weight and large yield, the demand of glue mounts accordingly, if it is still concocted by manual work, supply will fall short of demand, labor intensity of the workers is greatly increased and moreover, it becomes more difficult to ensure the quality, which will restrain the production seriously. Therefore, it is of urgent demand to create a simple and convenient auto glue-supplying control system to accurately control the materials for confection.The fiber winding auto glue-suppling system which is researched in this paper realizes three kinds of materiel(resin, accelerant, solidify) mixing and auto supplying ration out. This system consists of a control part and an executive part. The former one includes the control part of MCU and the timing part where the motor is controlled by the inverter. The MCU adopts SPCE061A in charge of controlling and monitoring of the whole system. It operates the system through the keyboard, monitors the system via LCD (SPLC501), implements long distance communication by means of the serial interface RS485 and the inverter, and transmits instruction to the inverter thus to control the rotational speed of the motor. The latter part includes an executive agent drawing main materials and one drawing media. The first executive agent applies the air piston pump, the strong power of which is used to draw resin of higher degree of glutinosity;the second one adopts the metering pump, the accuracy of which is used to accurately measure the media that need confection so that the resin and the media can be mixed into glue according to the set proportion, and the electrical flowmeter is taken to transmit the flux of the main materials and the media to the MCU through the serial interface RS485, thus realizing the closed loop control of the whole system. The arithmetic of accumulation PID that fits the confected materials is employed, solving the problem that will arise when the standard PID is used in the material control system.The whole system realizes the three kinds of material mixing randomly, auto confecting and supplying ration out, when the glue-supplying finished, the system can auto clean the pipes, the system solve the automatic problems in glue-supplying as well as the production environment improvement question, enhanced the production efficiency, the product quality and the performance greatly.
