Abstract:As a geologic body and gas,the gas procreating,conservation and blading are controlled by geologic function. Suxian mining area is controlled by Tan-Lu fault belt, Xuhuai foreland fold fault zone, Bengbu upheaval and NNE tectonics in Yanshan sportting. Useing plate tectonics and area tectonics evolvement, beatted out the tectonic evolvement of Tan-Lu fault belt, Xuhuai foreland fold fault zone, Bengbu upheaval as well as controlls tectonic coal and gas under the background of plates collision, and gas-geology law. And then, according to the gas content by mensuration, forecast the gas emission and the coal and gas ourburst .The paper is of opinion that Tan-Lu fault is not only a simple strike-slip fault, but also a rootage of Huabei and Yangzi plates'collision in the early-Indochina, its left-slipping should happened before late-J and after the collision of plates, and slipped with the NNE tectonics in Yanshan sportting. Xuhuai foreland fold fault zone should be the first united collision of the two plates, and looks like an arc. Bengbu upheaval upheaved among the collision as well as early-Proterozoic era. Qidong Mine lies in the south of Xuhuai foreland fold fault zone and the north besides of Bengbu upheaval, adding the NNW tectonics function, so tectonic controlls the coal and gas outburst and its zones.
