In order to get rid of carbon dioxide in biogas, this paper mainly focused on the study of new ionic liquid absorber. compared with traditional absorber, ionic liquid can overcome the weakness of easily volatilizing,high energy consumption of regeneration, unstable properties and so on. The author of this paper synthesized [C4mim]Br,[CH2OHCH2NH3]Br on the basis of traditional one step synthesis method. During the process, the method of oscillating ultrasonic wave was used to promote anion exchange.in addition, the author attempted to study the method of synthesizing [NH2-C3mim]Br. During the analyzing process, IR,HNMR,DSC,KFwere used to characterize these samples. Contraposing the temperature and pressure of anaerobic digestion, the author tested the property of the absorber using the method of constant volume and pressure variation,carbon dioxide flowing.Conclusion:during the process of synthesizing of ionic liquids, the proportioning of reactant played an important role for the productivity. On account of the reason, so the quantity of reactant should be controlled strictly. During the two steps method of synthesizing IL, the means of ultrasonic wave played an unconspicuous part in the process of anion exchange. Under the conditions that the pressure approached to 1atm, at the temperature of 293K~333K, the property of the absorbers of absorbing carbon dioxide were tested. It turned out that temperature and vaccum played an important part in the desorption of carbon dioxide. At the temperature of 363K, the desorption efficiency of carbon dioxide could reach to 66.7%at 1atm. But when the system was vaccumized, the desorption of carbon dioxide could reach to 95% easily at the same temperature, in addition, the time of desorption was cut shorter obviously.The times of reused after absorption-desorption circularly used and the property were studied in this paper. The hold time had negligible effect on the property of these ILS. The wastage rate was below 0.05% after many times using. The rate and quantity of carbon dioxide quantity varied scarcely after 58times used. The activation energy and dissolution enthalpy were calculated:the Ea was 5836.93J/mol and theΔH was 10957.66J/mol. What was more, the absorption of carbon dioxide under flow condition was also studied. The results proved that the property of IL absorbing carbon dioxide both under the idle state and the flowing conditions. For example, the time reaching to absorption equilibrium and the quantity of absorption could be fitted exactly at 1 atm.
