| As a new green solvent,ionic liquids have shown broad application prospects in gas separation and other fields.The effect of ammonia-containing gas separation by using ionic liquids is excellent.And there is no secondary pollution.However,the lack of experimental data on the absorption and desorption of ammonium-containing gas by using ionic liquids in packed towers,strippers and flash tanks has become one of the bottlenecks in the engineering amplification of the new technology of ammonium-containing gas separation and recovery.It is necessary to study the absorption and desorption performance of ammonia-containing gas separation by using ionic liquid in the above equipment to provide a basis for the process and key equipment amplification design.The research on the fluid dynamics and ammonia absorption performance of ionic liquid systems in absorption tower.A set of absorption tower cold mold device was built to study the flow law of[Bmim][BF4]in different gas-liquid ratios and different packing types,and the liquid flood point of the system was calculated.The influence of gas-liquid ratio,initial ammonia concentration and gas velocity on the absorption effect was investigated on the hot mold device of the absorption tower.Based on the optimized process conditions of the absorption tower,the long-period absorption and desorption evaluation experiment of ionic liquid absorbent was carried out.After nearly 1000 h operation,the stability of the absorbent and the feasibility of the process were verified.The research on the performance of ammonia desorption from ionic liquid system in gas stripping column.The process of ammonia desorption from ionic liquid system in gas stripping tower was established by Aspen,and the simulation results showed that the ammonia content in ionic liquid was reduced to 500 ppm,which verified the feasibility of gas stripping tower desorption process.Based on the process simulation results,a set of gas stripping desorption experimental device was built to investigate the effects of initial ammonia concentration,gas-liquid ratio,internal components,carrier gas and pressure on the desorption effect of ammonia-containing from ionic liquid,and the optimal process parameters were obtained.The study on the feasibility of ammonia desorption from ionic liquid system by flash.The feasibility of ammonia desorption from ionic liquid system by flash was researched in the side line device of enterprise site.The effects of temperature,pressure and flow rate on flash desorption under reduced pressure were investigated experimentally.At105°C and 500 L/h flow rate,the ammonia desorption efficiency from ionic liquid can reach up to 65%with good repeatability.This process reduced the ammonia treatment load by nearly 50%for the falling film evaporator process,which verified the feasibility of the flash in the process design. |
