Study On Optimization To The Operational Parameter For The Type Of Tooth Roller Tea-smashing Machine

The type of tooth roller tea-smashing machine is one kind of highly effective tea smashing equipment, which is applied to the teabag and in the tea drink processing of raw material. But the design still stayed in the experience period, not had the better design basis yet.This topic tried to research the distance between the tooth pitch of the machine, the unit length pressure of roller, the quick roller's speed and so on by the orthogonal testing method. Uses the variance analytic method carries on the preliminary optimization to the operational parameter and the design parameter. The key factors, which have the remarkable influence in the experimental scope to the product rate, are the unit length pressure and the differences speed between the quick roller and the slow roller.Through carrying on the mathematical analysis to the orthogonal tentative data, the fitting function and the fitting image of the end product rate indicated under the certain speed difference, the selection has the most merit, and is related to the value and the speed difference.The analysis of granularity indicated that, the smashing process conforms to the volume-smashing model;the smashing process mainly may divide into the compression, the extrusion, and grinds three stages. The granularity distribution of final product assumes the glyph "the mountain".
