The subject of "Research of High Precision Delay Technology for Guide Tube Blasting" derives from the conversion of military technologies to civilian use of the "Plastic Leads Explodes and its Delay Body", which is a testing item of the National Defense Science and Industry Committee.The article mainly treats high precision guide tube blasting as object of study and it chooses Boron chromic acid barium as postponed elixir according to the reaction mechanism of the delay powder. We studies on four aspects of key factors that affect the delay period of the guide- tube blasting, which are matching design of the delay powder,the qualified preparation technology of the delay powder, the preparation technology of the delay element as well as the assemble of the delay element and the guide tube blasting, in order to estimate and optimize the matching of delay powder, to keep the processing technology of the delay element standard and refined, to strengthen assemble technology index of the delay element and the guide tube blasting and then to improve its delay precision.The researches indicate that, the pre ignition reaction of B - chromium acid barium postponed powder is solid-solid. Fire response is the main reaction of delay powder burning and it is gas-solid. T B - chromium acid barium's delay period is relatively accurate and its stability for long term storage is very good. When it is theoretically near the zero oxygen balance level, the component's matching of the B - chromium acid barium is 14.6/85.4 (wt%), and the powder has the maximum velocity and combustion heat. Load cable fabricated positioned body has some theoretic advantage on its structure for it can achieve the high precision requirements of the high precision extension body; The main element which affects the long stability of B - chromium acid barium delay powder is the ph of Boron and the stability of the delay powder in raw materials during the process of the processing preparation; The high precision of delay period has serious technology requirements on charge density, load cable cutting accuracy and pressure during the preparation processing;At the same time, the assembly condition of the delay element and the guide tube blasting has effect on delay period precision as well.
