Today,Water resources is very precious.As heavy chemical industry,water conservation is great potential.It can reduce the power consumption and reduce the sewage discharge.It has great value ro our social.Using circulating water insteading alternative straight cold water and maintain high concentration ratio of circulating water is a effective measure to increase the utilization ratio.But with circulating water reuse and enrichment ratio,the rise of the circulating water quality management has become a very complex and important production activities,management of one of the most important is to choose the suitable for proper water treatment formula of the enterprises in this region.Water disposal reagents development to the present compound recipe,be more and more complex,application is more and more widely,also cost is more and more high.Hubei San ning chemical caprolactam plant,circulating water reached a total of4000 m3/ h,is located in the middle reaches of the Changjiang river where rain drenched,the Changjiang river water quality is very good.In order to save water and to improve enterprise economic,finding a way to satisfy the business enterprise under high concentration ratio of circulating water better scale inhibition and corrosion effect and low cost of water treatment agent,can reduce the production cost of enterprises,both conducive to the development for the enterprise,but also to the Chang jiang river water quality protection.After analyzing the test,the conclusion as followsis this:(1)The water quality of the Changjiang river is good.the Changjiang river raw water is becoming corrosive water quality,when through recycling,enrichment ratio reaches more than 3.(2)Through the analysis of selection of monomer,through experiment,anti-scaling effect from good to PBTCA,PASP,HPMA,HPAA,T225.(3)Monomer slow corrosion effect test results: PBTCA still is better,others is HPMA,HPAA,PASP,T225.(4)Considering San ning company caprolactam plant the actual situation of water quality and efficiency,affter the experiment,choose PBTCA: PASP: Zn2+ for100:40:7 as final prescription of officers affter.The medicament can in enrichmentratio reaches 4.5 have good scale inhibition effect of corrosion.(5)According to the caprolactam factory locates the geographical climate conditions,targeted to the circulating water fungicide do compatibility test.oExperiment proved that the agent and bactericide compatibility is able to meet the needs of the San ning company factory.
