The environment in our country were increasingly contaminated, due to the large breakthrough of indurstry and agriculture in recent decades of reform and open policy. Some environmental pollution was caused by organic pollutants in environment, such as PAHs,PCBs,PAEs,Pesticide Residue which consist of complex constituents, are not likely to be breaked up in the nature , as well as harzard human health. Consequently, determination of organic pollutants in environment have been focus in the field of environmental science. With remarkable development of analytical instrument, the precondition of sample before instrument control were more and more bottleneck in the process of analysis. Many advanced instrument could satisfy with requirement in the analysis, but some traditional precondition methods, such as liquid-liquid extraction and Soxhlet extraction, are applicted in the science laboratory, these methods need to consume quantity of organic solvent, working hours and labor, evenly cause secondary pollution; in the 1970s, a new kind of precondition methods was developed for analytical science—solid-phase extraction(SPE), that could concentrate analytes and cleanup sample simultantly in the same extraction column, would be developed and applicated for the future in the precondition of sample. This paper introduced the development of sample precondition methods broad and domestric, elaborated liquid-lquid extraction,liquid-phase microextraction, static headspace, purge and trap,solid-phase extraction,solid-phase microextraction, ultrasonic assisted extraction, accelebrated solvent extraction and supercritical liquid extraction in the first paragraph of this article. In the second part, determinated phthalate acid ester(PAEs) in soil by GC/MS after ultrasonic assisted extraction as well as C18SPE were used The optimized experimental conditions, such as kind of extracting solvent, ultrasonaic time, ultrasonic frequency, volum of water injected into extracts, flow speed through column, were selected; application of this method determinated PAEs in contaminated soil, the stastics were accurate, satisficated. In the third part, determinated diphenyl ether pesticide residue in water by SPE-GC/MS, volum penetrated,pH of sample, flow speed, elute solvent and its volum were optimized in the process of experiment; the wastewater sample was analyted by this method, as a result, diphenyl ether pesticide residue could be detected by GC/MS, acquiring low-level limit of detection as well as better relative standard deviation...
