As an important chemical material, the research on synthesis of cyclohexanol and technology has been widespread concerned. With less reaction steps, easier access to raw materials, and low requirements of the equipment, direct hydration of cyclohexene to cyclohexene has an important significance to industrial preparation of cyclohexanol.This paper mainly deals with the synthesis of TNU-9 which is based on 1,4-MPB, then characterize the TNU-9, direct hydrate cyclohexene to cyclohexanol on it, study various factors on the hydration of cyclohexene, optimize the hydration process, and initially explore the kinetics of cyclohexene hydration on TNU-9 zeolites.Firstly, synthesized 1,4-MPB with acetone, N-methyl pyrrolidine, 1,4-dibromo-butane, characterized the product with IR, single crystal XRD characterization. Then hydrothermal synthesis of TNU-9 zeolites with the 1,4-MPB, characterized the product with powder XRD, SEM, elemental analysis and BET surface area analysis.Secondly, studied the technology of cyclohexene hydration on TNU-9, the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: rection time 4 hours, rection temperature 140~150℃, content of catalyst 0.054 g/mL. Under this circumstance, the cyclohexene conversion, cyclohexene selectivity, cyclohexanol yield were 9.5%, 95%, 9.03%.Also studied the technology of cyclohexene hydration on HZSM-5, the optimal reaction conditions were as follows: rection time 4 hours, rection temperature 130~140℃, content of catalyst 0.036 g/mL. Under this circumstance, the cyclohexene conversion, cyclohexene selectivity, cyclohexanol yield were 9.3%, 98%, 9.18%.At last, by analysising the cyclohexene hydration reaction, kinetics model of cyclohexene hydration on TNU-9 zeolites is obtained. Experimental data is well correlated with theoretical values, indicating that kinetic model of cyclohexene hydration is reasonable.
