At present, the high energy consumption, and low efficiency are the commonphenomenon in iron and steel enterprises. With the need of energy saving and emissionreduction, it put forward higher requirements for energy used in the iron and steelenterprises, so the energy management system optimization in the iron and steelenterprises has important value.To use energy management platform for the consumption of energy for real-timemonitoring and online data collection, by adopting exergy analysis and thermal analysisto energy consumption analysis, then obtained the exergy loss and heat loss amount anddistribution situation each process. For the exergy loss ratio each process of heat transfer,combustion, materials and heat dissipation, respectively proposed to using raw materialspreheat and furnace preservation heat to reduce the transfer temperature difference, to usethe waste heat recovery boiler to obtaining the flue gas and material waste heat, usingoxygen-enriched combustion and increase the contact area to improve the theoreticalcombustion temperature, the ways of using direct heat unitization of waste heat recoverysteam to reduce the exergy loss. According the size of the loss of every workingprocedure and the actual implementation of hard degree and the comparison of economicvalue, it is concluded that the export of waster heat boiler flue gas contains exergy valueup to8.433GJ/t which is the most practical value of recying. Finally, use the VS for eachworking procedure to programming exergy analysis embedded energy managementplatform, import the data from the database for on-line calculation, and more intuitive,more scientific to obtain the exergy value and the maximum loss.The research results of the thesis is to provide intuitive data interface for the energyscheduling and distribution in the process, for energy system optimization of integratediron and steel enterprise and energy saving and emission reduction provide a reliabledesign basis.
