Hydraulic cone crusher is a widely used in mine, road construction, etc. Nowadayswith the rapid development of the national economy, every day a large number of rawmaterials need to be crushed. Hydraulic cone crusher with high efficiency, high crushingratio, high productivity, broken particle size uniformity and other characteristics, iswidely used.First, domestic hydraulic cone crusher developed a detailed understanding of thesituation, initially mastered the advanced development status, while the country hasbeen in the stage of imitation. Summarize the design process and abroad comminutionmodeling applied for the establishment of a new modeling. The chamber depth studyabroad optimization approach for face after hydraulic cone crusher optimized cavitypreparation.Depth study of the basic principles of maximum entropy method and characteristics, then propos to establish the new model based on hydraulic cone crusher for comminutionand the experiment proved its ability to accurately forecast product particle distribution asa basis for optimizing the chamber. It can be optimized the hydraulic cone crusher cavity by the way of multi-objectiveoptimization. Take the productivity and Calibration discharging granularity as objectivefunction, we can design the scope of variables as constraint condition. Establish themathematical model of multi-objective optimization method, and optimize the examplesand verify its accuracy. Use Matlab curve fitting function method to get the optimizedcavity section.Application of ANSYS Workbench on the hydraulic cone crusher mantle, concaveand the main shaft for static analysis and the results showed that the strength and stiffnessof the parts meet the design requirements, and access to all the major parts work underthe stress-strain diagram.Figure29; Table4; Reference60...
