Evaluation And Comprehensive Management To The Low Ineffective Well Of Gaoshangpu Oilfield

Along with entering into high water-cut stage of waterflooding development, a large number oflow wells (double low well) in Gaoshangpu oilfield have been formed. In the past, relying onexperience to judge whether low well should be shut down, an unified or objective standard has notbeen formed, leaving many inefficient or ineffective wells, and even loss of production. There aremany factors influencing the production and development effect of the oil well, which have certaincorrelation between them. If the fuzzy math or expert evaluation method is used, the weightingbetween the impact factors will be repeated, affecting the accuracy of analysis results, so the principalcomponent analysis method is adopted to assess development potential of the low well.In this paper, the analysis and research to30low Wells of a research block of Gaoshangpuoilfield thoroughly, the impact factors of development potential of the double low well have been putforward from the aspects of oil production and the controlled remaining oil reserves of single well.The development potential evaluation model of the double low wells has been established by usingSPSS. According to the results of factor loading analysis, the cumulative variance contribution ratio ofthe first, second, third principal components is81.889%, greater than80%, which means that thedevelopment potential of double low wells is mainly affected by the well’s produced fluid volume, thegeological conditions and the remaining geological reserves. According to the comprehensive score ofeach well,15of the double low Wells have been chosen which have higher development potential.The shut-in economic limited model of the double low well has been established by using thebreak-even analysis principle. Eight double low wells which have both development potential andeconomic development potential have been selected for effective governance. The comprehensivegovernance principles and basic countermeasures have been put forward, so was the correspondingcontrolling measures. The dynamic analysis was carried out on the corresponding measures.Acidification and fracturing and other measures have been taken, achieved certain economic benefits.
