In the world, industrial parks formed by industrial agglomeration have been widely recognized and developed by various countries and become an important carrier for promoting national and regional economic development. However, with the development of industrial parks, problems such as resource constraints and environmental pollution have become more serious, and the development of the park has entered a bottleneck. With the introduction of the industrial symbiosis method,it has become a key factor in the park to break the bottleneck. At present, there are few studies on industrial symbiosis in industrial parks, most of which are concentrated in a single type of park, and the assessment of environmental impact status is not comprehensive. As one of the typical comprehensive parks in China,Yongcheng Economic Development Zone lacks quantitative research on the environmental benefits brought by the industrial symbiosis of the park. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out environmental impact assessment research of Yongcheng Economic Development Zone. This paper take Yongcheng Economic Development Zone as the research object, establishes the industrial symbiosis life cycle assessment model of the park, quantitatively evaluates the environmental benefits and economic benefits of the industrial symbiosis of the park;optimizes the chain of symbiosis and urban symbiosis within the design park, and quantitatively analyzes the industrial symbiosis. Finally, based on the above research,it provides theoretical guidance and suggestions for the symbiosis development of the same type of park industry, and forecasts the shortcomings in the research process. The specific research results show that:?1?In 2017,Yongcheng Economic Development Zone has 13 industrial symbiotic chains,5 for energy cascade use,5 for material recycling and 3 for water recycling.Among them, the recycling of water is the largest, accounting for 90%of the total eschange volume, followed by cascade utilization of energy, accounting for 7%of the total exchange volume, and the material exchanange volume accounts for 3%of the total exchange volume.?2?Industrial symbiosis can bring obvious environmental and economic benefits to Yongcheng Economic Development Zone.Environmental benefits brought by industrial symbiosis reduced the primary energy consumption of 9455 TJ,reduced the greenhouse gas emissions of 850 kt CO2e,and reduced the acidification gas emissions of 3297 t SO2e,reduced the eutrophication substance of 242 t PO43-e,reduced atmospheric particulate matter emissions of 23.6 t PM10e,reduced human toxic substances 2529 t 1,4-DCBe,reduced 4087 t PM2.5e respiratory inorganics and 20.6 t C2H4e photochemical ozone gas.The results also brought 958 million yuan of economic benefits to the park, accounting for 5.5%of the total industrial added value of the Yongcheng Economic Development Zone in 2017.Overall,the exchange of steam in the Yongcheng Economic Development Zone has shown the greatest environmental and economic benefits.?3?The industrial symbiosis optimization design of Yongcheng Economic Development Zone has set up 9 symbiotic chains inside and outside the park,5 in the park and 4 outside the park.Symbiosis and urban symbiosis in the park can bring considerable environmental benefits. On the basis of symbiosis in the park, urban symbiosis can also bring a lot of environmental benefits, and its symbiotic exchange accounts for 72%of the total exchange volume, which can provide steam and electricity for urban residents, and reduce the utilization rate of resources. The discharge of pollutants shows that the combination of the park and the city can bring about a win-win situation.Provide reference and ideas for the symbiosis development direction of the same type of park industry in China.
