Digital mine (DM) is the main research directions on contemporary field ofmine.Main contents of DM include the construction of digital mine underground mineroadway in three-dimension network model and spatial network analysis of personnelhedge. It is of significance to mine safety management to study on theories of modelingand analysis of underground tunnel network modeling, underground equipment andpersonnel position. In terms of construction of underground data model, it made using vector data modelto underground data modeling by researching and analyzing the data model and the datasource and data features. It made underground network abstracted into points and arcsegments in GIS by using this data model, which is composed of three basic elementsincluding the start and endpoint of the tunnel, tunnel line and the line of the key nodes.Meanwhile, researching and analyzing basic equipment and monitoring and emergencyresponse facilities, functional and morphological characteristics of the underlying data, Itmade underground ventilation, drainage, power supply equipment, monitoring and safetyequipment in abstracted into points in GIS, and made the ventilation system, intended toavoid the road, drainage line device abstracted into threads in the GIS. Studying oncharacteristics of underground facilities with the device types and attributes, combiningwith analysis of underground flight information system functional requirements, itsubmits ways of expressions of different underground elements of the data structure andspace model, which is corresponding to the vector data model.Through the analysis of underground network of topological relations betweenelements, it established three dimensional network datasets of building undergroundnetworks, and study the most recent device analysis method and algorithm of optimalescape paths MEP-Dijkstra when the accident occurred underground. Network analysismodel is built for network analysis and calculation of recent safe-haven to roadwaynetwork device selection and optimal escape paths based on three-dimensional data sets, which provides strong technical support for personnel risk averse decision making.Otherwise, this model has significant on safety management in underground mineralresources and rescue command.Design and development of three-dimensional underground emergency system usedthe C#language and MATLAB high-level technical computing language based on VisualStudio2010,combined with the Arc Engine component secondary developmenttechnology, which sets elements in underground tunnel network visualization, spatialoptimal path of escape underground property search, analysis and decision-makingfunctions in one. Systems verify the validity of the study results which is applied to aniron mine in Hebei province.
