Research On Safety Behavior Of Construction Organization Based On Social Network

In recent years,with the rapid development of economic construction in our country,construction safety accidents showed a high incidence trend,which has brought serious loss of life and property to people's life.Therefore,how to improve the level of construction safety management and reduce the accident rate has become one of the focuses of people's attention.Due to the complexity,decentralization and mobility of construction activities,the traditional method which put emphasis on safety management has not achieved good results.The social network analysis method has been gradually applied in the research fields of health,project management and knowledge management,but the research in the field of construction safety is still insufficient.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to analyze the effect of structural characteristics of construction organization network on the organization safety behavior from the perspective of social network.The main work of this paper contains the following three parts:First,on the basis of previous research results,this paper put forward the theoretical model of the social network structure characteristics of construction organization,safety communication and organizational safety behavior.The model divided social network into formal network and informal network,and selected density,degree centralization,betweenness centralization,average shortest path and clustering coefficient as measurement indexes of social network structure.Through literature review and expert interview method,the social network questionnaire,safety communication and organizational safety behavior questionnaire were designed,and the data quality of returned questionnaires was checked.Then,this paper constructed the formal network and informal network model of construction organization using social network analysis method,taking a construction project as an example to analyze the characteristics of the network structure,using multi regression analysis method,deeply studied the effect of structure characteristics of social network on safety behavior and safety communication,and also tested the mediating role of safety communication between the structural characteristics of social network and organizational safety behavior,and put forward relevant proposals in order to enhance the safety behavior level from the perspective of social network.Finally,using the method of multi-agent modeling and the theory of game theory,this paper built a simulation model of the safety behavior of the construction organization,and analyzed the dynamic evolution rule of organizational safety behavior and safety communication in different situations,and used statistical methods to verify the impact of the network structure characteristics on the organization safety behavior and further analyze the influence mechanism of the safety information propagation parameters on the organization safety behavior,and on the basis of this,put forward the corresponding management strategies.The research conclusions provide new ideas and decision-making basis for improving the level of organizational safety behavior.
