Abstract/Summary:
With the attention of the country and the public to food safety,the food inspection industry has developed rapidly and has shown new trends.On the one hand,the development of mobile Internet technology has greatly promoted the application of food safety network monitoring technology.The concept of “food safety cloud” based on big data analysis and deep data mining has also attracted more and more attention.However,the current application of "food safety cloud" is still focused on traceability of the production and distribution process,and rarely contains data related to food safety analysis and testing.On the other hand,with the rapid development of food safety on-site inspection technology,on-site quick inspection technology based on portable detectors and test paper cards has been increasingly used in the past two years.Through the accompanying hand-held detection equipment,the site information,detection time,and other field information can be uploaded to the network database in synchronization with the analysis and test result data,which can realize mass collection and real-time updating of the monitoring and supervision database.Different from the traditional laboratory detection methods,the geographical information carried by the on-site mobile detection data objectively reflects the distribution and circulation characteristics of the samples.In view of the above new trends in the development of food safety supervision,this study proposes to combine GIS technology with food safety mobile inspection data,and to construct a network database,develop a network query and display platform,and use GIS technology to analyze and display food safety data.Explore the potential value of expanded data and provide technical support for regulatory decisions.This study first analyzes all aspects of data involved in the rapid detection process,combines the characteristics of GIS applications to design the database table and its field structure,and optimizes the database structure according to the site’s functional requirements.Then use the PHP language programming to achieve Web server-side Web site development;use Javascript language to achieve a visual display of the client’s results.The two combine to realize website functions such as data query,statistical summary and graphic dynamic display,and complete the construction of the entire network display platform.Finally,using the GIS map tool,combined with the positioning information of the mobile detection data,the analysis is displayed,and a series of functions such as sample distribution,area distribution,sample source,equipment trajectory,and data cloud diagram are realized.Through the application of the platform to a large number of on-site actual test data of livestock husbandry and the processing of some simulation data accumulated in the earlier period of this research group,the application effect of this research was demonstrated.
