Reactive dye developed rapidly in recent years,it is the most important dyes that dyeing withcellulose fiber. Reactive dye need to use a lot of alkali to fix color, which not only consume a lotof alkali and water but also cause a waste of energy. The dyes with low alkali use less alkali, notonly saves the cost of production, but also conducive to environmental protection. The paper mainly discusses the following two aspects: one is to determine the best conditionsof low alkali reactive dye colors when single dye;The second is to discuss the best condition ofthe three primary colors of low alkali reactive dye color matching to determine the optimumprocess conditions of primary colors when color matching.First, compare the fixation of low alkali reactive dye of different fixation temperature andfixation time, the dosage of sodium sulfate, dosage of soda ash to obtain the suitable technologicalconditions, and different processing conditions were obtained by the orthogonal experimentoptimization, the conditions of single dye were determined as follows: sodium sulfate dosage is80g/L, soda ash dosage of5g/L, solid color temperature of60℃, time for60min.Under differentconcentration and determination of different dosage of soda ash, proved that the dye with a smallamount of soda ash can achieve a high rate of solid color.Respectively to measure low alkalidyeing and fixation of reactive dyes color curve, then draws the SERF they value, through thecomparison, the three color dye SERF value difference is around15%, comply with therequirements for color matching, color matching.Second, The compatibility factor trichromatic dye was used to derive the optimumtechnological conditions of trichromatic dye color matching.through the different dyeingtemperature, dosage of sodium sulfate, bath ratio and concentration of dye compatibility factorcomparison, finally based on dye migration index, the optimum technological conditions for colorcolor matching for: the dye concentration of2%(O.W.F), dyeing bath ratio1:15, dosage ofsodium sulfate40g/L, dyeing temperature of40℃.Final test their optimal conditions, frictioncolor fastness to soaping fastness and conform to the actual demand. Compared YAGESU low alkali reactive dyes with conventional reactive dyes, caustic alkaliabout1/5of conventional reactive dyes, reduce the dyeing rate and fixation rate to ensure uniformdyeing. With less alkali the friction and washing fastness of low alkali reactive dye can reach orexceed the conventional dye.
