Because of the absence of dyes which is no covalent bonds with fibers and hydrolyzed dyes in the dyeing process,the fixation rate is low and the easy washing-off is poor.This paper probes into the problem of low fixation rate of deep concentrated dyes,taking the laboratory self-made lifting agent Y as the research object,the paper probes into its fixing-color lifting process,and according to the fixation rate and the K/S value as the standard,there are two best dyeing processes were determined by exploring each condition of dyeing processes.The results show that,compared with the traditional process,this two new processes are added to the fixed-color lifting agent,the fixation rate of the dye and the K/S value of the fabrics are improved,and the amount of the sodium sulfate and soda is reduced,the wet and dry rubbing fastness,the soaping fastness,the top breaking strength and the uniformity dyeing are all up to the requirements.In this paper,two solid-color lifting processes are proposed,in which the first is lifting agent is added together with soda ash in the initial process of fixing color.The amount of dye in the residue is reduced,which indicates that some of the un-hydrolyzed dyes in the residual liquid are further dyed under the action of the lifting agent,and the second is to add the lifting agent after the solid-color preservation for some time,and the fixation rate and K/S of the fabrics have been improved,indicating that some hydrolyzed dyes continue to dye the fibers under the action of the lifting agent.By using the self-made lifting agent Y in the laboratory,the results of the two new processes were compared with those of the traditional process.It is found that two processes have certain effect on the improvement of the fixation rate of reactive dyes,and the two processes are optimized respectively,firstly,the concentration of various single factors such as the lifting agent,the dyeing conditions(dosage of sodium sulfate,dyeing time,dyeing temperature),solid color conditions(soda content,soda ash addition method,the effect of solid-color temperature and fixing-color time)are explored on the solid-color effect,and then do the orthogonal experiments for several single factor variables(sodium sulfate dosage,soda content,fixation time,lifting agent concentration,subsequent solid color insulation time)which have a great influence on the solid color effect,and further optimize the two processes.The experimental results show that: the process of using the lifting agent Y for the active blue K-GF of the solid-color lifting process: the dosage of sodium sulfate is 65g/l,decreased by 19% than the traditional dyeing process 80g/l,the amount of soda is 17g/l,decreased by 32% compared with the traditional dyeing process 25g/l,the dyeing temperature is 40 ?,the dyeing time is 20 min,the heating rate is 2?/min,the fixation temperature is 60 ?,the fixing time is 40 min,adding 1/2 soda ash and the lifting agent Y 2g/l at first of solid color,after 20 min adding the other 1/2 soda ash to continue insulating for 20min;process two using the lifting agent Y for the fixing process of ST-RH yellow is as follows: the dosage of sodium sulfate is 65g/l,compared with the 80g/l of the traditional dyeing process is down 19%,the amount of soda is 17g/l decreased by 32% compared with the 25g/l of the traditional dyeing process,the dyeing temperature is 40 ?,the dyeing time is 20 min,the heating rate is 2?/min,the solid-color temperature is 60 ?,the fixed-color time is 50 min,adding 1/2 soda at first of solid color,after 25 min adding 1/2 soda ash and lifting agent Y 1.5g/l,continue to heat for 25 min.Using the hydrolysis reactive dyes dye the fabric,it was found that the dye-uptake rate of the dyes was similar to that of the additive and without the lifting agent.But,after using the lifting agent,the solid color rate,the K/S value,?wet rubbing fastness and soap washing fastness were much higher than without lifting agent,indicating that the hydrolyzed dye can continue to dye the fiber through the lifting agent.At last,the dyeing rate curve and the fixation rate curve of reactive blue K-GF were tested with two processes,and the S,E,F,R value of reactive blue K-GF showed that the dyeing speed and fixed-color speed were increased rapidly after adding the lifting agent,which increased faster than soda ash.The results showed that the dyeing rate and fixation rate of reactive dyes were increased after the addition of the lifting agent,and the dye rate of the two processes improved by about 4%,and the fixation rate increased by about 3.5%.
