Research On The Quality Management Of Huating Coal Group Xinzhuang Coal Mine Project

The construction industry is related to the national economic development of the pillar industries, the quality level of construction projects is closely related, to the economic development, social stability and is directly related to the safety of people’s life and property. Therefore, China has always attached great importance to the quality of the construction industry. In order to effectively ensure the quality of construction products, our country has introduced a series of laws, regulations and relevant principles. But in the face of economic interests, ignoring industry norms also occur frequently, resulting in varying degrees of construction quality accidents, leading to the loss of people’s life and property. Therefore, the study in this paper has important practical significance.In this paper, I have chosen Huating Coal industry Group’s xinzhuang coal mine projects as the research object, on the basis of clarifying for the related theory of construction quality management in details, and analyzing the influential factors of the construction quality, presented an overview of the xinzhuang coal mine projects, and its organizational structure, quality management measures, using the comprehensive quality management theory, The main problems for the construction of the xinzhuang coal mine projects currently exist in its process, such as quality awareness is weak, there is no clear quality program objectives, quality standards are not perfect, persistent quality problems can not be forbidden. The paper has made in-depth analysis for these problems. The paper has proposed the controlling method from construction project quality of xinzhuang coal mine projects, which is based on the controlling methods of the quality factors from the construction project, and establishing methods for the project quality assurance system, and the applications of the advanced quality management methods, and guarantee acceptance of the project quality and other aspects. Finally, the paper has proposed the countermeasures to improve the construction quality of the project management of the Huating Coal Industry Group, including: strictly controlling the quality of construction materials by using the new technologies, new processes; optimizing the allocation of machinery and equipment; selecting outstanding total subcontractors; developing a reasonable quality plans to implement the program; regulating the whole process of construction project management and quality control.
