The technologies of the casing integrity detection and medium identification behind casing can offer important basis on digging the old wells,finding the remaining oil and understanding the reservoir environment. While casing integrity detection and medium identification behind casing are often affected by each other, and can be inseparable. This paper studies the key issues of the casing integrity and medium identification behind casing.A new method about the integration testing of casing integrity detection and medium identification behind casing has been proposed. The method is based on the theory of transient electromagnetic exploration, using multiple sensor detection system,to give the designed and analyzed multiple parameters of electromagnetic probe,and then it can be achieved to testing the casing integrity and detecting the reservoir behind casing on a piece of equipment.This paper studies the transient electromagnetic logging signal processing methods. Firstly, the fitting interpolation algorithm is applied to the transient electromagnetic method logging signals, and then it proposed transient electromagnetic signal noise suppression method based on the particle filter algorithm.Based on the above TEM signal processing methods, this paper designs the real time software for TME signal processing and imagination,using the virtual instrument of Lab VIEW. This software uses dual serial port to get the logging data and the depth data,at the same time synchronously processing these data.And then it studies the stability of the software.A large number of experiments in the indoor and outdoor environment are carried out to prove the effectiveness of the proposed system. Experiments results show that the proposed detection method can detect the integrity of the casing and identify medium behind casing at the same time by processing the logging data. This is very important to improve the efficiency of construction effectively. In addition, the software designed in this paper can process electromagnetic signal accurately and display the results in real time. The performance of the software is shown to be stable, and can provide convenient observation of logging results for the oil exploitation.
