As the core production and processing equipment for plastic products,the energy-saving index of the whole machine have received more and more attention with the continuous development of modern plastics industry.At present,due to the low price of the whole machine,in order to save production costs,injection molding machine companies use a large number of hydraulic valve control system injection molding machines.This type of injection molding machine has the disadvantages of high energy consumption and low efficiency,and its oil pump provides oil.The amount cannot be adjusted in time with the actual production process,resulting in overflow phenomena often occur.Therefore,energy-saving transformation for this type of injection molding machine is of practical significance,and it is in line with the current development direction of the injection molding machine industry and the energy-saving and consumption-reducing requirements advocated by the country.In this paper,a kind of controller in the field of industrial control—KEBA controller is used to carry out energy-saving transformation of the injection molding machine of the hydraulic valve control system,and the transformation scheme of the drive system and the electronic control system is given.The KEBA controller completes the host computer instructions for signal processing of the entire machine,and the servo driver drives the servo motor through the host computer instructions of the KEBA controller,thereby performing closed-loop control of the pressure and flow of the entire machine.First,the energy consumption problem of the injection molding machine of the hydraulic valve control system is analyzed,and it is found that when this type of injection molding machine is used for production,there is high energy consumption caused by the overflow of the hydraulic valve.Secondly,the composition and principle of the energy-saving control system are studied,and the energy-saving control system is verified to have a good energy-saving effect through energy consumption analysis.Aiming at the electric control system of energy-saving injection molding machine,the KEBA controller is used as the upper computer controller of the energy-saving injection molding machine to design its power drive module,sequence control module,closed-loop control module of the injection system,and barrel temperature control module to design the whole machine The control method of the servo drive,the switching control of pressure and flow,and the signal action flow of the electronic control system are studied,and the software of the KEBA electronic control system and the servo drive is researched and optimized.Next,the HTF100W1 hydraulic valve control system injection molding machine was energy-saving transformation,and the synchronous closed-loop transformation scheme was adopted to realize the matching and automatic adjustment of the energy demand of the whole machine,and reduce the energy loss caused by overflow.Then,the reconstructed system model was established using simulink,and the performance of the reconstructed system was simulated and verified.Finally,the modified injection molding machine is used for actual production,and the energy saving effect after the modification and the response of injection pressure and injection speed are analyzed.The results show the effectiveness of the energy saving modification work.Compared with the electronic control system of the energy saving injection molding machine using KEBA controller The indicators of the previous hydraulic valve control system injection molding machine have been significantly improved.The energy-saving injection molding machine also uses a closed-loop control card and a servo valve-based injection system closed-loop control structure,which can meet the needs of injection molded products for the injection molding electronic control system..In the process of energy-saving transformation,this paper also proposes a fixed-quantity pump parallel pump transformation plan,which can meet the requirements of instantaneous large flow conditions.
