With the development of industrial automation technology,servo control technology is applied more and more widely,especially in the field of equipment control,it not only has the advantages of high precision,fast response speed,good conntrol performance,energy-saving effect and application in injection molding machine,traditional die-casting machine can reach 30%-70%,so by a number of related the attention of the industry,the technology is widely used in in textile,injection molding,die casting machine,equipment and other industries.In the injection molding machine industry,many domestic enterprises still exist a large number of full hydraulic driving system of injection molding machine,the three-phase asynchronous motor drive using the injection molding machine,in the whole process,the motor is always in the same power in operation,the amount of oil pump is not required with the process flow and pressure change therefore,to produce a lot of waste of energy,especially in the process of long cycle packing and cooling stage,there is much room for improvement.Electro hydraulic servo drive system is based on the long-term research of the injection molding machine process,developed a set of energy-saving driving system suitable for the injection molding machine working characteristics.This paper mainly studies the electro-hydraulic servo drive system in the application of injection molding machine,based on the composition,the forming principle of plastic injection molding machine on the analysis of the problems existing in the energy system of fully hydraulic drive;the hydraulic driving system and electro-hydraulic servo system are compared,pointed out that the electro-hydraulic servo drive system the advantage;the paper introduced in detail the design principle of hydraulic servo drive system and the hardware and software design process.The results of CJ480M3 analysis showed that the transformation of the injection molding machine case,electro-hydraulic servo driving system of injection molding machine energy saving scheme is reasonable,energy-saving effect can reach 55.7% the overall performance of the injection molding machine has been greatly improved.
