This paper introduced the law of crop’s demand for mid-elements and the water-soluble mid-elements fertilizer present development situation, and studied the theoretical foundation and preparation process of the calcium series water-soluble fertilizers, effects of germination of seed soaked by those fertilizers were also studied.By adopting isothermal dissolution equilibrium method, Ca(NO3)2-Mg(NO3)2-H2O system phase diagram under different temperatuers were drawn, application methods of phase diagram used on preparing water-soluble mid-elements fertilizers and stability evaluation were analysed. According to the phase diagram, receipe area conforms with water-soluble mid-elements fertilizer’s agriculture industry standard(NY 2266-2012) were provided. Then different types of water-soluble fertilizers such as calcium fertilizer containing calcium glycinate, zinc fertilizer were prepared. The results show that:The technological conditions of water-soluble calcium fertilizer which containing calcium glycinate were that mole ratio of glycine to calcium ions was 1.5:1, reaction temperature was 50℃, solution pH was 5.5, and reaction time was 1h. Under these conditions, the total calcium content was 103.38g/L, chelated calcium was 58.91g/L, and chelating rate was 56.98%.Two kinds of calcium-zinc fertilizers both containing calcium glycinate were prepared. For one which containing ZnCl2(A), the technological conditions were that mole ratio of calcium ions to zinc ions was 15:1, mole ratio of glycine to calcium ions was 1:1, reaction temperature was 50℃, solution pH was 4.0, and reaction time was 1.0-1.5h; For the other which containing Zn(NO3)2(B), the technological conditions were that mole ratio of calcium ions to zinc ions was 20:1, mole ratio of glycine to calcium ions was 1:1, reaction temperature was 50℃, solution pH was 4.0, and reaction time was 1.0-1.5h. Both fertilizers above conform with water-soluble mid-elements fertilizer’s agriculture industry standard (NY 2266-2012).In this paper, artificial intelligence incubator were used to investigate four kinds of fertilizers’influence on corn seeds protease activity, amylase activity, root activity, germination rate, root length and plant height, and found the optimum soaked concentration. The results show that:corn seeds protease activity, amylase activity, root activity, germination rate, root length and plant height all can be improved by using those four kinds of fertilizers respectively.Biosurfactants’ effects on four kinds of fertilizers were also studied, and found the propriate dosage in different kinds of water-soluble mid-elements fertilizers, wettability of those fertilizers were improved by adding biosurfactants in them.
