This article describes the crops’ demand for trace elements, and the situation of trace elements in soil, and the current development of trace elements of water-soluble fertilizers in our country. It studies on the preparation and theoretical basis of the boron fertilizer and the water-soluble fertilizers containing both boron and zinc. It also studies on the seed soaking performance of the two products. On the basis of the preparation of boron and zinc in the water-soluble fertilizer, copper sulfate is added in the raw material, and this article studies the preparation of water-soluble fertilizer containing three trace elements which is boron, zinc and copper.This article makes the borax and boric acid as raw material, takes one-pot synthesis to prepare boron fertilizer. This article explores the main factors’ influence on boron content through single factor experiment. The main factors are quality of raw material ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time and rotate speed. This article confirms the optimal reaction conditions by the orthogonal experiment. The optimal reaction conditions includes the raw material borax and boric acid mass ratio is 1.5:1, the reaction temperature is 110℃, the rotate speed is 100 r/min, the reaction time is 35 minutes.On the basis of the preparation of boron fertilizer, this article prepares water-soluble fertilizer containing both boron and zinc by adding zinc sulfate in the raw materials, It also studies the effect of the main factors on the boron content, the zinc content and water insoluble content. The main factors are quality of raw material ratio, reaction temperature, reaction time rotate speed and the Potential Of Hydrogen. It obtains a more appropriate reaction conditions:the raw material zinc and boron’s mass ratio is 0.3:1, the reaction temperature is 110℃, the reaction time is 30 minutes, speed 100 r/min, the Potential Of Hydrogen is 4. On the basis of the preparation of boron and zinc in the water-soluble fertilizer, copper sulfate is added in the raw material, it prepares water-soluble fertilizer containing boron, zinc, copper the three trace elements.In this paper, the boron and zinc in water-soluble fertilizer is prepared on pea seed soaking experiments using the artificial incubator and with water as a control test. This paper studies the influence of water-soluble fertilizers containing boron and zinc on pea seed germination rate, germination potential, average root length and average plant height. And it finds the best soaking concentration. The results show that the water-soluble fertilizer containing boron and zinc than water can significantly improve the seed germination rate, germination potential, average root length, average plant height.
